As of version 2.1.1.691, users can be informed via e-mail that there are still incomplete signed jobs in ennoxx.banking. The configuration is done in a new processing channel. It is advisable to create one or more jobs to be executed regularly for this purpose. For example, it is possible to check daily at a certain time (if possible before the cut-off time) whether there are still payment runs to be signed in the system.
Configuration
Under the menu item "CHANNELS - ALL CHANNELS", select the channel "Notification of overdue signatures" via the button "NEW - PROCESSING - EBICS".
f jobs are due for signature, an e-mail is sent to all potential signatories with a link to the signature folder under the navigation item "Signable by me". Of course, other recipients (department management, etc.) can also be specified or informed.
The e-mail always contains the hyperlink and a fixed subject, the other text is freely configurable. By default, these values are taken from the e-mail channel.
DELAY IN MINUTES: Here, recently created jobs can be excluded for the Infomail. If this value is set to 30 minutes, for example, only jobs older than 30 minutes will be considered.
RECIPIENT:Basically, all possible signers would always be informed by mail. The creator of the order can be excluded via a checkbox. Furthermore, it is possible to adjust the recipient group via a filter input.
NOTE: A prerequisite for the successful mailing is that the corresponding e-mail address has been stored in the user context under the "Contact data" tab.
