Usually, the EBICS access data for all participants is already maintained centrally by the administrator or the ementexx support. If a user is authorized to do so, he can also store his EBICS access data (USER IDs) on his own.
Enter credentials (optional) under the menu "SYSTEM - MY DETAILS - EBICS ACCESSES" via the button "New EBICS Access" (3).
The bank (EBICS Chanel), the User-ID and the signature authorization rights are configured here.

- Select one or more banks concerned (3)
- Using the " Run user initialization (INI/HIA)" button (4) to start the process
The initialization must be confirmed with the password for the EBICS keys.
To finish the initialization it is necessary to print the initialization protocol created as .PDF, sign it and send it to the bank.
After the EBICS customer has been activated by the bank, only the bank key for the "communication channel(EBICS)" need to be fetched (1).
